Serpentarium was recorded June 23, 2008, a relief between other intense recording sessions for ScienceNV.  Almost exactly a year after recording Interstellar Diamonds... A reasonable level of restraint this time, with some conscious leanings towards less-dark pieces and harmonies. Technically, this is our most ambitious, lots of production, attention to clarity, sibilant titles and beef sandwiches.
